AI Select is operated by Arrivau Pty Ltd in Australia under the Selector Labs editorial label. SecureFlow is a separately disclosed service area operated by Arrivau Pty Ltd. Its launch release contains only the free Snapshot and the self-serve Workflow Definition Kit; paid products are not open for orders or payment. This policy explains how we handle information when you use aiselect.ai or its SecureFlow assessment.

Information we collect

We may receive information you choose to send us, such as your name, work email address, organisation, message, and answers about a business workflow. The public SecureFlow snapshot asks about process frequency, systems, data categories, approval controls, readiness and timing. It is designed not to collect passwords, access tokens, customer files, identity documents, health records or financial documents.

Our hosting, security, analytics and communications providers may also process limited technical data, including IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages visited and campaign attribution.

How we use information

  • to operate, secure, and improve the website;
  • to respond to enquiries and correction requests;
  • to calculate and explain a rules-based SecureFlow eligibility route;
  • to provide the requested free Snapshot result or self-serve Workflow Definition Kit;
  • to understand aggregate website usage; and
  • to prevent fraud, abuse, and technical problems.

Automated screening and human control

The free SecureFlow Snapshot uses versioned rules to recommend a planned product, narrow the scope, provide remediation guidance, or decline an unsafe or unsupported request. A recommendation is not a quote, order or acceptance of paid work. The Snapshot is not an AI audit, certification, legal opinion or high-impact decision about you. If paid delivery later opens, a customer would still need to approve service terms, minimum access permissions, field mapping and messages, user acceptance testing, and go-live. Active cyber incidents are directed to official incident support rather than the sales workflow.

Service providers and overseas processing

We may use contracted providers for website hosting, security, analytics and requested business communications. These providers may process data in Australia or other countries where they operate. The launch release does not connect SecureFlow to customer systems. If paid delivery later opens, any supported workflow connection or clearly identified AI-assisted low-risk summarisation would be limited to what is reasonably needed and would require customer approval before access.

Snapshot communications

The launch Snapshot does not subscribe you to a marketing list or newsletter and does not send an automatic email result. Your work email is used to associate and deduplicate the requested Snapshot record, prevent abuse, and support a privacy or security request you later make about that submission. There is no SecureFlow marketing subscription to manage as part of the launch release.

Data retention and disclosure

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, a requested service, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or security. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf or when required by law.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law, or ask for an explanation of a SecureFlow route. You can limit cookies using your browser settings, although some site functions may be affected.
